My Review (No Spoilers, Just Vibes)

I absolutely loved this one. Read it on my Kindle and honestly it was such an easy, addictive read. The kind of book you pick up “just for a bit” and suddenly realise hours have disappeared.

It reminded me so much of What Alice Forgot (and if you haven’t read that yet… please fix that immediately). That same sense of disorientation, of trying to piece together a life that feels familiar but also completely wrong. So good.

From early on, I had this feeling that something wasn’t quite right especially when it came to Phil. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but that low-level unease was there the whole time. And while I had theories (oh, I had theories), the book kept me guessing right up until the end.

The pacing was spot on, the writing was accessible without being boring, and it never felt overcomplicated. Just a really solid psychological thriller that knows exactly what it’s doing and doesn’t overstay its welcome.

Final verdict:
A gripping, easy-to-read thriller that hooks you early and doesn’t let go. If you enjoy memory-related twists, subtle tension, and books that quietly mess with your head, The Stranger in My Bed is a must-read. An easy 5 stars from me.
